Child safety standards
Who this app is for
JI RYK Digital App is a community-based social app for members. It shares the latest updates, highlights issues that affect society, and includes a blood-donor platform so people can contribute and support the community. A book bank is planned so members can share books the same way. It is not a dating service and it is not directed at children. Member accounts require a CNIC, which is issued to adults. Guests may only browse public community content.
What we prohibit
We have a zero-tolerance standard against child sexual abuse and exploitation. The following are prohibited anywhere in the app, including profiles, photos, comments, complaints, daily reports, and any other content a user submits:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving a person under 18.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to exploit a child.
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to such material.
What we do when we learn of a violation
- Remove the content.
- Disable the account that posted it.
- Preserve the information needed for an investigation.
- Report the matter to law enforcement, including Pakistan’s Federal Investigation Agency cybercrime wing, and to any other authority the law requires.
How to report
- In the JI RYK Digital App, open JI Secretariat and file a complaint. Describe it as a child-safety report and include what you saw and where.
- Or contact JI RYK Digital App through https://jiryk.org/ and use the subject “JI RYK Digital App child safety”.
We review reports and act on confirmed violations. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local police first.
